Transformative yoga is for everyone! Christine developed this class with an acceptance for the nature of our ever-transforming bodies/minds in mind. This class is perfect for anyone with chronic injuries that need extra TLC during a yoga practice, people who may be carrying extra body weight, people with alignment issues, post-partum women, and all wishing to face their emotional hurdles (stress, anxiety, fear) head-on! By working with the breath/body connection in a powerful way, Christine will help her student's bring an awareness to the mat that will carry over into life... change is all around us! Be one with it! All ages and levels are welcome!
