Classes follow a classical style interweaving the eight limbs of Yoga. They are relaxing, flowing and fairly gentle (however poses are modified according to ability and for those that want a challenge). Classes incorporate pranayama (breath control/regulation), asana(postures), meditiation and relaxation (Yoga Nidra). An all round traditional Yoga class in a warm, quiet and friendly venue. Plenty of parking available at the Church. Cost £5.00. Please call Karen beforehand if you have no experience of Yoga. Bring a blanket and Yoga mat and wear gym/comfortable clothes. Please be aware that this class is not running at present (from Jan 2013) as I am on maternity leave. Please contact me if you wish to be on my mailing list so I can contact you when classes resume.
