Sky Yoga is dedicated to the teachings of BKS Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar and the Iyengar family. Sky Yoga offers Iyengar yoga classes and private yoga sessions based on the Iyengar Yoga tradition, as well as Gentle Yoga and Prenatal Yoga classes. The Sky Yoga Studio is located in the Hanover Office Plaza Building (HOP) on Marcon Blvd. in Allentown. The studio is centrally located in the Lehigh Valley by Lehigh Valley International Airport in Hanover Township, situated between Allentown & Bethlehem, off of Route 22 (Lehigh Valley Thruway) & Airport Road. Sky Yoga offers Iyengar yoga classes for all levels to the surrounding Lehigh Valley area, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, and Easton PA.
