Spirit of the Lake Yoga & Wellness Center is dedicated to the art and practice of Living Yoga. Our mission is to serve as a community resource for Yoga, Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurveda and Holistic Wellness. The collective vision at Spirit of the Lake Yoga is to provide a full-spectrum experience of health and healing in which the spiritual and emotional well-being of each student is as much the focus as the physical. Located in the heart of Excelsior, Minnesota, Spirit of the Lake Yoga & Wellness Center welcomes clients and students to gorgeous, light-filled studios and treatment rooms for group classes, workshops, private consultations, and bodywork. Our intention is to not only serve the immediate community of Excelsior, but also appeal to the greater Twin Cities metro area as a destination for those seeking a holistic alternative to personal health and wellness.
