Marcus J Freed will offer a “Bend, Stretch, Learn” series of classes in October co-presented by JconnectLA. Each class features a vinyasa flow yoga class for all levels infused with biblical wisdom followed by a brief salon discussion. Classes are $16 each or $54 for a series of four.
