I'm a certified yoga teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. I'm also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I'm passionate about sharing yoga with others to help them relieve pain and live more joyfully. My students learn good alignment, healthy breathing techniques, and how to relax. They also develop a greater awareness of the body-mind connection. In my classes, we laugh, open our bodies, and find peace and rest. I want to engage my students with the idea of having a strong body, sound mind, and open heart. I've studied extensively with Doug Keller, and will pursue the 500-hour advanced teacher training in 2013.
