I am a registered nurse and a certified yoga instructor and am currently working towards certification as a meditation teacher. My special interest lies in vinyasa style yoga under the mentorship of Julie Sumerta. My aim is to show students that yoga stretches well beyond the physical, with far-reaching mental and emotional benefits. Classes include smooth flowing sequences and strong holding postures-both which enable students to turn inwards and allow the pose to advance gently. My desire is for students to have fun, as well as experience deeper spiritual awakening. Sessions will be challenging and enlightening and will be open to students at all levels.
