Jeremy teaches a contemplative alignment-based vinyasa as well as classes in communication and voice for yogis. He is available for private and group instruction in the Denver Metro area. He earned his 200-hour certification at Prajna Yoga with Tias Little in Santa Fe, NM and has studied with many other fine teachers in a number of styles. Jeremy is also a professional actor and voice trainer and brings his love of authenticity, presence, and practice to all of his teaching endeavors.
