The Yoga Hive is a green studio connecting people from all backgrounds and fitness levels through the practice of yoga. We believe that yoga makes people happier and healthier; which means that there are fewer people wearing their grumpy pants around and more people who are tuned-in to themselves and to the greater community. Rather than an attitude, our staff has adopted an “OM”itude. We are open, friendly and ready to help you. One om at a time, we will reconnect with ourselves, our neighbors and maybe even meet a few new friends along the way. Choosing to stay fit and live conscientiously isn’t always an easy path, but once you give us a try, we hope to make your path a little more inviting and inspiring.
