We are a wellness center that is all about treating the body, mind and spirit. Our main focus is on yoga, however, we will be adding additional exercise classes, such as pilates and aerobics. Since we believe that wellness encompasses the whole person, we also offer other services at our wellness center. Massage therapy is an amazing healer of the body and spirit. Because of this, we offer massage therapy in our beautiful spa-like facility. Compliment your yoga experience by getting massage on a regular basis.
