We offer classes in Hatha and Kripalu style yoga. We offer classes seven days a week. We have six registered teachers at our studio. We typically have between five to ten students per class which allows us to give personal attention to each student. We now offer an introductory 5 classes for $25 must be a new client. We also, offer an array of massage services specializing in Therapeutic massage. All of our yoga teachers are Yoga Alliance Registered and Licensed Massage Therapists.
