Yatra Yoga Studio is located at the foot of Burnaby Mountain, beside Simon Fraser University (SFU); and offers a variety of classes for both beginner and advanced students of all ages!! Yoga is after all for every-'body'! All classes are based on the principles of classic Hatha Yoga. The postures, Asanas, are taught in a flow, with a focus on safety and enjoyment. We cater to all levels of experience and flexibility. We are a new, innovative and growing studio. We are committed to excellence in everything we do.
