Greetings! Offering several Hatha Yoga and also Kundalini Yoga classes. New Members always get First Yoga Class FREE or chance to purchase 2week (14day) unlimited pass for $30.00. We offer Beginners Yoga workshops and drop in weekly classes. Our teachers offer a non-competitive, non-harming, non-judging Yoga experience. We believe yoga practice is for Everyone regardless of age, size and fitness level. All of our teachers are Yoga Alliance Certified. We offer 200hr Yoga Teacher Training ~ Course starts FEB 2011!!! Other offerings at our Center: Belly Dance, Pilates, Meditation, Healing Clinic (Pranic healing and Reiki).
