Dhyanyoga Centers - Antioch is an educational and spiritual center offering a supportive and peaceful environment for self-inquiry,health and well-being,personal growth and spiritual evolution. The center offers yoga and meditation classes as well as and workshops on yoga, ayurveda, spirituality and psychology, vegetarian cooking, creative writing for self-inquiry and various healing modalities. Personal Retreat Days are scheduled throughout the year and provide an opportunity to leave the stresses of life behind and turn inward. These 9am-6pm days include hatha yoga, meditation, kirtan, a period for silent personal spiritual practice/journaling/contemplation... Healthy vegetarian meals are provided. Silence is encouraged. Additionally, the Center's gifted kirtan group offers an open kirtan(blissful Sanskrit chants to the Divine)the first Friday of every month, from 7-9PM.
