I have been a physical therapist since 1992, and teach yoga for all, with emphasis on being kind to the body to allow healing on all levels. I offer Gentle Healing Yoga and Beginner/Intermediate Yoga in the community, workplace, individual sessions, retreats, as well as Reiki healing sessions and instruction.
