We provide wellness classes that include yoga, tai chi, meditation, qi gong, & pilates as well as health related classes and workshops. Our purpose is to help the community get and stay healthy through cultivation of qi/prana/breathe & movement. We also offer several free classes throughout the month! Our parent company, East Wind Acupuncture also offers acupuncture, massage and herbal remedies for a variety of health problems.
