We’ve been here since 1998 teaching Yoga in a happy and calming atmosphere; safely introducing new students to the immediate benefits of Yoga. Our name, 'Sri Yantra Yoga' is symbolic of the expansive, universal quality of the Yogic tradition. Sri Yantra Yoga offers a relatively gentle style of hatha yoga; for beginners and more experienced students. A formal meditation practice class is offered on Wednesday nights.
