KanBe Yoga is a concept that everyone KanBe Yoga. Yoga means union and treats the mind, body and soul as one. Yoga is not for a select few, we are all connected and we all KanBe Yoga. If mind, body and soul are one, then working on any of the three will impact the others. Everyone has their own path in life; Yoga should be adaptable, why else would there be so many kinds?
KanBe Yoga is taught by Kandy; who teaches privately and also runs classes in London.
She tailors her sessions to the client's needs, based on their health & fitness level, lifestyle and outlook. A multi-disciplinary teacher, she focuses on the individual and provides bespoke sessions. Her teaching methods have proven to be very popular amongst her private clients who always provide positive feedback and endorse the personal nature of her sessions and the results they bring. We are all unique, why should our yoga practice be any different?
Having spent years practicing, learning and, ultimately, teaching yoga; she has also spent many years in the Investment Banking industry. This experience helps to balance her teaching as she understands the pressures and demands of modern Western life; and truly appreciates the balance that yoga and holistic therapy can bring to body, mind and soul.
