Join us in the tropical paradise of Riviera Nayarit March 1-8, 2013! You can relax, rejuvenate and renew from the moment we pick you up at the Puerto Vallarta Airport and wisk you away to this very special retreat center on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. Classes, privates and retreats are taught by Hilloah Rohr, M.S. Exercise Physiology. Hilloah is available in Bend, OR April-October and Riviera Nayarit, Mexico November-March. Hilloah has been involved in teaching fitness, wellness and safety since 1970. Yoga has been and continues to be a mainstay in Hilloah’s practice. With the creation of Balance Yoga® she incorporates the best of many yoga styles in changing, flowing sequences to bring efficient and safe movement to people of all ages. Special emphasis is placed on re-balancing shortened and weakened areas by utilizing isolated stretches and specific strengthening. This “re-balancing” philosophy effectively provides release from misalignments due to repetitive movements, injuries, reduced range of motion from aging, poor posture, to name a few. A Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology combined with her Onsen Therapy practice of 20+ years and a deep background in dance and sports, all contribute to her unique depth of teaching style. Hilloah teaches with special attention to detail bringing a safe and efficient form of yoga infused with music and a mindful flow of movement, breath and joy. A firm believer in keeping a strong and youthful being, she continues to grow into the possibilities that yoga offers. Hilloah is presently studying at Spirit Rock in the 3 year Mindful Yoga Meditation Training and teaches retreats in Mexico. Open your being to the increased energy and clarity that balance can bring. Come join us and enjoy a deepened practice that can create a lasting change in your life! “Do your work without attachment and being balanced in success or failure. Balance is called Yoga.” Bhagavad-Gita
