I teach vinyasa flow yoga. The word vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” It is a dynamic, beautiful and powerful form of yoga. Poses flow from one to another in combination with the breath. In other words, one will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Through movement and breath I aim to unlock the body’s natural flow and integral energy.
Yoga improves flexibility, strengthens and tones the body, energises the mind while helping to relieve the stresses of daily life.
My goal is to guide students to greater self-awareness, good health through the practice of yoga. Come and join me on this journey and feel the energy behind the breath.
