Ashtanga Yoga with Ryan Spielman

Ryan has been teaching since 1995. An advanced practitioner in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, he comes from a devotion to and confidence in the effectiveness of the Ashtanga system as well as a willingness to let the ideas of the practice go and allow the moment to decide what is appropriate. Ryan offers hands-on adjustments, with an intuitive understanding of how the body moves and a real talent at getting you into those postures you never thought you would be able to do on your own.
