Blissful Moment Yoga Studio offers yoga classes in Svaroopa® yoga. This style of yoga is a deeply healing, gentle style of yoga focusing on the release of deep spinal tensions. With this release, there is a related release in the body and the mind. A relaxed and blissful state, a quieting of the mind, and a release of deep body tensions are all benefits of Svaroopa® yoga. We also offer Yoga Nidra, an ancient transformative yoga meditation practice. Space is limited and pre-registration is necessary for all classes.
