Lynn offers private sessions for individuals, couples, families and small groups as well as small classes. Yoga asana focuses on postures to help unwind and release tension reaching a deep state of relaxation. Meditation classes are base on a foundation of mindfulness, learning to connect with one's true essence and accept and flow with what is. Basic Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes teach a series of 18 flowing exercises from a standing position that improve balance and promote agility and focus.
