A Mix of asanas, yogic exercises and pranayama according to health and physical condition of the participants. Classes are conducted in the comfort of your home. I am Yoga teacher/ therapist providing services for past 12 years. These private classes are generally a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa & Iyenger that may be randomly modified according to need with special focus on alignment and Pranayama(breathing).
