Yoga Upstairs offers a quiet, intimate setting with small classes for maximum individual attention. Yoga is an ancient science combining body, mind and spirit. Consistent practice promotes flexibility, strength, balance and stress relief. Our teachers are compassionate, highly qualified and welcome people at all levels of ability to experience the joy of yoga.
Our studio has natural light, bamboo floor and a four panel yoga rope wall. We have ample props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, sand bags and chairs. Yoga mats are also available. So come with an empty stomach, wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes and enjoy, yoga upstairs.
