I'm an independent hatha yoga teacher and i focus on teaching yoga to beginner's. I focus on proper body alignment and adjustment. I received my yoga alliance accredited certificate in 2009. I currently teach yoga classes @ the academy studio in Lakeside Cape Town and offer beach yoga @ st. james beach on the False Bay coastline. My desire for 2011 is to create workshops for yoga at schools and in communities. The first workshop is from the 17th January 2011 to the 29th January 2011 in Mossel bay.
