We are Nelson's premier Hot Yoga studio offering Moksha and other Hot Yoga styles to sunny Nelson, New Zealand. We focus on the physical aspects of yoga and are results oriented. We provide a convenient, friendly, and encouraging environment to get you going on the road to greater health and greater happiness. Classes include Moksha, Yin, Power Vinyasa, Hot Yoga. All of our classes are done in a heated room. Every class is perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners. All Classes are 90 minutes except for express classes, which are 60 minutes. A warm-up and a cool-down are integrated into each class.
