Mary Hayes has been teaching yoga in the Dungarvan area for the past number of years. The form that Mary teaches is Hatha and Iyengar Yoga. In Iyengar yoga we focus on asanas (postures). Correct body alignment allows the body to develop harmoniously so that the student suffers no injury or pain when practicing correctly.
