Offering private and small group outdoor nature based classes and special events rooted in the unification of sound healing, art, meditation, yoga, sacred dance, and flow arts. Classes embody the elements of the earth and are expressed as both energetic and restorative. Classes include hands on energetic alignments and Reiki. All levels of experience welcome. Beginners will find clear instruction that will help build the proper foundation for a continued practice. More advanced practitioners will find a creative exploration unfolding into a more dynamic practice.
