Rebirthing Breathwork is a one on one style of breathwork designed to relieve stress, change your way of thinking, and heal emotional fears and hurts suppressed into the subconscious. This form of breathwork yoga increases levels of prana and is beneficial on all levels, increasing the quality of life by making forgiveness natural, dissolving blame, owning your choices, and creating joy in life. Judith presents seminars every other month, starting in January,the last Sunday of the month 9-5, to introduce people to the philosophy and practice of Rebirthing-Breathwork.
