Kundalini Yoga utilizes all aspect of yoga to increase self awareness and enhance spiritual development. This life changing Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is offered in convenient monthly weekend modules throughout 2012. Students receive the expert guidance of four teachers trainers who collectively offer over 100 years of experience with Kundalini Yoga. Residential and non-residential options are available. Orientation January 14-15th. Training commences February 17th. About the Well Within: At the Well Within we recognize the importance of nourishing oneself.
