I teach a mix-level and beginner yoga class once a week every Monday night at Plymouth Church from 5:15 - 6:30 pm. I have had extensive training in Anusara and other Anusara-Inspired or Certified instructors. As a full-time wellness director, I have a degree in Exercise Science and Health Education and like to work with people of all ages and abilities.
