Amy has been teaching Yoga, Health and Wellness as a University Professor for 15 years. She has a B.A. in Health Promotion, specializing in Exercise Physiology, as well as earned her M.A. in Health Promotion and Ph.D. in Education and Psychology. She has also worked as a Sport Psychology Consultant and Yoga Teacher to many elite-level athletes and Professional Athletic Teams. Amy has worked with the L.A. Lakers, U.S.A. Track & Field and U.S.A. Olympic Figure skaters. Amy has published numerous articles, papers and research in the fields of Yoga, Psychology, Health and Wellness.
