Adriana is a Registered Kripalu Yoga Instructor who has been involved in the realm of spirituality and fitness for over 15 years. She has studied with internationally renowned teachers including Deepak Chopra, Angela Farmer and Alberto Villoldo. Adriana is also certified in a number of Healing Arts modalities (Positional Therapy, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, reflexology, Reiki…) and worked in the business and electrical engineering fields before devoting her time to health and wellness. Her approach is holistic and her classes focus on revitalizing the entire being, increasing strength and flexibility, promoting mind-body awareness and allowing space for healing to occur. Group, private and/or corporate yoga classes are offered in English/Spanish.
