Casa Blanca Yoga and Reiki Retreat and Therapy Centre is featured in The Good Retreat Guide 6th edition and offers all year round weekend,five night or week-long retreats in an Andalucian Manor house with panoramic views.Casa Blanca Retreats are focussed on personal harmonizing and chakra balancing through integrated Yoga and Reiki.Therapists with over 25 years experience.In 2008 Liz was invited to participate in the 1st Yoga Alliance International Yoga World Conference in India. The objective behind the Conference was to bring together on a common platform devoted practioners and teachers of the many different traditions that make up the Yogic heritage. Retreats are all-inclusive,incorporating twice daily Yoga,Reiki sessions,sound therapy, meditation,accommodation,all vegetarian meals, Almeria airport transfers and local trips.We cater for one to four people. We also offer regular Yoga Classes,Reiki Healing Sessions,Reiki courses all levels,Yoga days and private Yoga. Additional options are: Reflexology, Aromatherapy,Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles by our visiting therapist.
