I am a graduate of the University of Waterloo and have studied at Heaven on Earth Yoga Institute under Karen Heaven Claffey, where I completed their yoga teacher-training program. I am a member of Yoga Alliance. I bring my enthusiasm, humour and big heart to each yoga class. I will be concentrating on Heaven Hatha Yoga however, I also enjoy teaching a variety of classes, such as pregnancy yoga, restorative yoga, partner yoga, and chakra yoga. Heaven Hatha yoga is a heart centered hatha yoga, which incorporates biomechanically therapeutic alignment techniques with creative flowing asana sequences. It is influenced by Anusara, Ashtanga, Power-Vinyasa and Sivananda Yoga.
