Offering open group classes, beginners classes, monthly workshops, private classes, yoga retreats and yoga holidays taught in both English and German. Also offering Yoga lifestyle consultations based on the principles of an integrated approach to Yoga Therapy. We teach together as a team in our classes so that we can give personal support to our students, with step-by-step demonstrations, hands on corrections and working with small groups. We are both fully certified Hatha Yoga teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT500)are trained in Yoga Therapy and have also completed our Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification.
