Kripalu yoga classes offered mornings in a quiet,intimate studio located in Old Wethersfield.(only 5 students/class) Beginners are welcome! Mindfullness Yoga Therapy classes for Veterans with PTSD and/or MST for women vets. (men and women veteran classes are held seperately) Evening classes offer Specialized Trauma-Sensitive classes for grief,PTSD,childhood trauma,etc.; Restorative yoga classes, and Lakshmi Voelkner Chair yoga. (No prior yoga experience required) Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy 90-minute individual sessions by appointment.
