Hatha Yoga class with a blend of Shiatsu techniques. I'm Kerry,I'm a hatha Yoga teacher and Shiatsu therapist. I love to integrate Shiatsu techniques in my classses. This unique style of Yoga is suitable for all levels, and I specialise in people with problem backs. I also teach young adolescent girls (from ten up to teens). I teach in English and French, depending on the needs of the group but mainly in English. Classes take place on Friday mornings from 10h15 to 11h15 and on Tuesday afternoons from 13h10 to 14h10. Young girls (10 to mid-teens): Wednesdays, 13h30 to 14h30. I also hold regular workshops blending Shiatsu and Yoga. For more information contact me on 079 7722 864.
