New! Gentle Yoga for Beginners, group class, $40/month. Every Thursday 6-7:30 p.m. Come join me in my private studio located in my home on Lancaster Drive. I teach all ages in small classes and also provide one-on-one private instruction. All sessions are approximately 90 minutes. I am a certified yoga teacher, as recognized by the International Yoga Foundation. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher instruction course in Thailand before moving to Oregon.
