Offering a variety of Classes which include Ashstanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, Chair Yoga and toning classes. Linda is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and a certified AFAA fitness Instructor with 17 years of experience.
