Hatha Flow: Mark offers a mindful energy flow class, balancing challenging sequences with many options. Mark's teaching style is light-hearted and eclectic and his classes invite students to both challenge and honour themselves. Mark allows for humour, compassion and patience for each to deepen their own practice, through awareness of body, breath and mind.
Mark, is a perpetual student, having practiced yoga for years, he recognizes that it is the yoga that is the teacher. Mark completed his teacher training certification with Prana Shanti, and is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200).
