I teach classical yoga to all levels one to ones and groups. I teach open classes on Wednesday evenings at Englefield Green Social Hall and in schools, companies, clinics and retirement estates.I offer meditatino courses and drop in classes and am training to offer yoga as a therapy for physical and emotional problems and am now authorised to work with clients one to one. I work from my home in Englefield Green.
