Small yoga classes focusing on breath and awareness in our warm and friendly centre. The classes are limited to 4 people per class, so we are a great place for anyone wanting to have lots of attention or use yoga as a therapy. Beginners welcome. Classes 10am and 11.10am monday and Thursday 5lev per class, please call ahead to book your place as spaces are limited.Private classes also available. We look forward to sharing this beautiful way of life with you.
