Bikram yoga is the original hot yoga - 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practised in a hot room to warm and detox your body. Classes are held at the B Fit studio in Umhlanga. Mon 17:30 suitable for all levels. Spaces are limited so students practising 2+ times per week are given preference and can book ahead. Wed 05:30, group practice to the Bikram yoga CD. Suitable if you have done a few Bikram yoga classes. Fri 08:30 suitable for all levels.
