Ashtanga Vinyasa open classes for all levels. Classes are taught to accommodate everyone, from beginners to advanced level. Registered Yoga Alliance teacher with 13 years yoga experience. Expect the heart rate to raise, break a sweat and challenge yourself with balances, fun inverted poses, stretching and strengthening yoga asanas. All this is done with careful attention to the breath and mind. The class culminates in 10 mins of savasana (resting pose). Bliss!
