Marie Helene Oolo is an experienced yogateacher for about 21 years practice now and knows how to split up the vastness of yoga into bity pieces for the yoga student and seeker. Her eloquent and explicit adjustments lead you into a new dimension of perception. She has hardly worked on her own hands-on-system and her students love it.
