Located at 7 Burton Avenue, Barrie, the Yoga Hall is located in a century old building infused with a sense of warmth and welcome. Classes are taught in a light-hearted style inspired by a mix of ancient wisdom and modern science. Teacher backgrounds include Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, pilates.
