I AM Yoga is a relaxation-oriented Hatha yoga for all levels combined with Self-Inquiry and jnana yoga. Classes are held either on the beach or at our beachfront studio in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings from 7-8:30 pm. Supplemental satsangs are also available with Nick on Tuesday (Ft. Lauderdale) and Friday evenings (Hillsboro Beach). All classes are $15 and packages are available. Please RSVP by 5 pm on the day of class you will be attending and bring your own mat and blanket. Comfortable or stretchy clothing and bottled water is recommended. Please do not wear scented products or jewelery and turn your cell phones completely off for class.
