I teach private and group classes. My mother language is English, but I am also fluent in German. In my classes, I try to guide students to feel the effects of poses for themselves and to develop an inner understanding and knowledge of how their own bodies work. I am a fully qualified yoga teacher and have assisted my teacher Paul Grilley in some of his teacher trainings, which are Yoga Alliance accredited.
